Beverly J. MacLeod, a Waltham resident for over 20 years, died suddenly Fri Jan 19, 2007 at her home. She was 64.
Born in Boston Beverly lived in Brighton for many years and graduated from Brighton High School. She worked as a secretary for John Hancock Insurance Co. in Boston for more than 30 years and later worked at the Grace Chapel in Lexington and Waltham Ford. She was a longtime member of the Newton Presbyterian Church and had taught Sunday school there for many years.
Daughter of the late Roderick and Joan (Smith) MacLeod she is survived by her brother Kenneth A. MacLeod and his wife Gayle of Waltham, and her nephew and nieces Kenneth MacLeod, Bethany MacLeod and Kimberly MacLeod.
A memorial service will be held on Fri Jan 26 at 11:30 AM in the Newton Presbyterian Church 75 Vernon St. Newton. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Beverly's name may be made to the Newton Presbyterian Church 75 Vernon St. Newton, MA 02458.
