W Ann Lawless a longtime resident of Newton died on May 15, 2015 at Lasell House in Auburndale. She was 83.
Born in Brighton, Ann was a graduate of Mission High and had worked as an executive secretary for Chrysler Corp for over 30 years. She was a longtime active member of Our Lady Help of Christian parish in Newton and had served as a Eucharistic Minister and on the bereavement committee, and was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
Beloved daughter of the late Richard and Julia (Gavin) Lawless, Ann was the sister of James Lawless and his wife Charline of Norwood and the late Richard and Mary Lawless, and sister in law of Elaine Lawless of Waltham. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 14 grand nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends will gather for Ann's visiting hour on Weds May 20 from 9:30 until 10:30 in Our Lady Help of Christians Church when her Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in Newton Cemetery.
