Richard C. Kee, of Chestnut Hill passed away on May 13, 2018. He was 84.
Richard was raised in Worcester and graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and received a masters in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and was a US Army veteran. He had worked for Bell Labs, RCA and for over 26 years at Polaroid. He was a skilled ballroom dance instructor and a trained Tai Chi instructor.
He was the beloved husband of Jennie Kee and loving father of Karin and her husband David Chin, Kevin and his wife Lila, Kelly and his wife Linda and Kerry and his wife Susan all of Newton. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, his brother and sisters, Thomas Kee of Barrington, RI, Betty Jew of Newton and Judy Doo of Sharon and 9 nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his funeral service on Wed May 23 at 10 AM in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home, 465 Centre St Newton Corner followed by interment in Forest Hills Cemetery, Jamaica Plain. Visiting hours are Tuesday May22 from 4-8 PM.
