Pasquale F. "Pat" DeGeorge, of Needham, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Stanley R. Tippett Hospice House in Needham. He was 94 years old. Mr. DeGeorge was a US Navy World War II Veteran. He was a well-known barber in the Newton and Watertown area, having worked at Guys Barbershop in Watertown and shops at the Newton Marriott and Raytheon. He was a member of the AMVETS Post 41 in Watertown.
Beloved husband of the late Mary Louise (Driscoll) DeGeorge. Loving father of James DeGeorge and his wife Susan of South Carolina, Rosalie Fontecchio and her husband Lino of Westwood and Elaine DeGeorge of Framingham. Dear grandfather of Marco Fontecchio and Carla Fontecchio Manning and great grandfather of Ryan and Devin Fontecchio. Predeceased by his 12 siblings.
Funeral from the Eaton Funeral home, 1351 Highland Ave, Needham, on Thursday, October 12th at 9 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church at 10 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7 pm. Interment with Military Honors at New Westwood Cemetery.
