Louise (Blaul) Martin, 87, of Walpole, MA, formerly of Needham, MA, passed away on June 25, 2017. Her final days were spent peacefully surrounded by family. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Joseph Martin for 51 years. Loving mother of Ted and his wife Darlene, Chris, Cathy and her husband Louie, Molly, Tim and his wife Ninfa, Julie and her husband Marsden, and Louise. Cherished grandmother of Raymond, Alexandra, Christina, Edward, Dylan, Clare, Matthew, Ashley, Abbey, Sean and Skyler. Along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her. Louise was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Theodore and Louise (Denecke) Blaul; and her three sisters: Frances Kimmel, Kathleen Howard, and Elizabeth Albert. Louise touched the lives of many people, and time spent with family and friends was precious to her. The family especially would like to thank the outstanding staff at the Tippett Hospice Home. Words cannot express our gratitude for their kindness and compassion. Family and friends will honor and remember Louise's life by gathering for calling hours in the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Avenue, NEEDHAM, MA 02492, on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, from 4 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 10 AM in the Church of St. Joseph, 1382 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA 02492.
