Linda Cornick, 54, passed away suddenly on January 8, 2017, at home in Holbrook, surrounded by her husband Paul and her son Billy.

Linda was born in Newton to the late Fred Bowen and Joyce (Papa) Bowen on November 3rd 1962. Linda grew up in Needham and graduated from Needham High School in 1980. She married Paul Cornick on June 1st 1985. She worked in the Health Care field for the last 25 years.

Linda liked to craft and work in the local community. She worked with the elderly over the last year. Linda was very excited to be part of a newly started Beekeeping business and was involved in small local community farming.

Linda is survived by her husband of 32 years Paul Cornick, and son William, her sister Debbie Lanciani and her husband Ken of Stoughton, MA, her brother Fred Bowen and his wife Marianne of Hull, MA, her mother Joyce Bowen of Needham and many, loving and caring sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Linda is preceded in death by her loving son P. Daniel Cornick, and her father Fred Bowen.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 12th from 5-7pm at Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave, Needham, MA. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday January 13th at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Parish, 1382 Highland Ave, Needham, MA.

Burial will be private.
