Kenneth Jay Seaman, 78 of Westwood, MA, formerly of Dover and Wellfleet, MA died November 12, 2017. Ken was the son of Benjamin and Elizabeth Seaman of Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Ken was a loving and devoted husband to his wife of 54 years, Judith Ann (Kipp). Loving father of Chris and his wife Donna of Tarpon Springs, FL and daughter in law Jill Seaman of Dover. He was the proud grandfather of Isabella, Morgan, Trey, Tyler and his wife Shelley. Brother of William of Hershey, PA, Ann Seaman Szwarckop of McClean, VA, Rosemary of Dunedin, FL and Thomas of San Francisco, CA. Ken was predeceased by his son Kenneth J. Seaman II in 2011. Ken attended Hershey High School in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Hershey Junior College, Lebanon Valley College, Dickinson School of Law and Boston University Graduate Tax Program. He was a partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester in Boston, MA until retirement. Ken's hobbies varied over the years. He enjoyed flying his Cessna plane. On weekends he spent his time going to his sons' athletic events. After retiring, his hobbies included, woodworking, reading, computers and gardening. He was a huge Red Sox fan and even a bigger Patriots fan. He loved tailgating and going to the games with family and friends. There was nothing he enjoyed more than being on Cape Cod with his family and his dog, Tucker. Funeral Service will be held at the Dover Church, 17 Springdale Ave. Dover on Saturday, November 18 at 3PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave, Needham, MA, on Saturday from 11-1:30 PM. Interment Highland Cemetery in Dover. In lieu of flowers donations in Ken's name donations may be made to Morgan Seaman's 2018 Pan-Mass Challenge Ride to benefit the Dana Farber Cancer Institute by using the link or by mailing a check to PMC, 77 Fourth Ave, Needham, MA 02494.
