Donna J. Hurley, 81, of Marstons Mills, MA and Sarasota, FL. passed away Feb 27 in Sarasota.
Survived by her husband Richard C. Hurley of 33 years, step mother of Kara Ryan, her husband Steve, and their children Sabrina and Kirby of Dover, MA,; and Richard D. Hurley, his wife Lotus, and their daughter, Audrey, of Manchester, New Hampshire. Predeceased by her parents, George and Grace (Griffin) Ross of Watertown, MA. Very good friend of Pat Adams of Stoneham, MA, and Pat Simmons of West Yarmouth, MA. Donna was a 1953 graduate of Lasell College, a former member of Club Managers; Recipient of Retail Sales award for Filene's Department Store, 1995; Secretary for many years of the Foreign Commerce Club of Boston, Donna was also a member of the Lasell College Board of Overseers and a member of many social organizations in Sarasota, FL.
Her funeral will be from the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St. Newton Corner on Fri Mar 6 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church Newton Centre at 10:30 AM. Friends and relatives are kindly invited. Visiting hours Thurs 4-7 PM. Interment Newton Cemetery.
