RUTHILD BENITZ
It is with sadness that the family of Ruthild Benitz announces her passing on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Born in Germany in 1934, Ruthild was a Needham resident for over 50 years. Ruthild will be lovingly remembered by her children, Chris (Jasmine) Benitz and Kira (Desmar) Woitek and by her grandchildren, Odin, Anya and Rebecca. Ruthild was predeceased by two sons, Perry Benitz and Dieter Jeffrey Benitz and her parents, Franz and Hilda Schlemenat. A Funeral Service in memory of Ruthild will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Newtons, 1310 Centre Street, Newton, on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 11:30 am. Interment to follow at the Needham Cemetery. Contributions may be made in memory of Ruthild to the Lutheran Church of the Newtons.
