Domenico DiMonda of Newton Highlands, passed away on July 24, 2016. He was 87.
Domenico was born in Maddaloni, Italy and had lived in Newton Highlands for 55 years. He was a skilled tailor and had worked for Jordan Marsh and Sears.
He was the beloved husband of Annetta (Volpe) DiMonda, the loving father of Rosalba DiMonda of Newton, Marisa Amberg of Frederick, MD and Linda Bockskopf of Acton, and grandfather of Samantha and Lily Amberg and C.J. Bazile. Brother of Raffaele DiMonda of Watertown, and Angelina and Giuseppina DiMonda both of Italy and the late Carolina DiMonda.
His funeral will be from the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St Newton Corner on Fri July 29 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church, Newton Centre at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Thurs 4-8 PM.
