Blanche R. (Rolashivch) Grigas, 103, of Newton, October 12, 2017.
Born and raised in Needham, Blanche worked at Tillotson Rubber Company in Needham, Gamewell in Newton Upper Falls and Security Mills in Newtonville. Balnche also worked as a housekeeper for many families in the Newton area. She was the beloved wife of the late Alphonse M. Grigas and the loving mother of Alan A. Grigas of Waltham and Charles Cronin of Centerville. Grandmother of Christopher Cronin and the late Colin Cronin. Also survived 2 great grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held in the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home, 465 Centre St, NEWTON CORNER, on Tuesday, October 17th at 12 Noon. Visitation will be held on Tuesday morning from 11 am to 12 noon, prior to the service.
Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery in Needham.
