I am shocked and saddened by Bill's passing. Bill was a frequent contributor to my class at Babson College on the blockchain and cryptocurrencies. He was a fount of knowledge, and proud of being a Babson alum. I regret that I never had a chance to sufficiently thank him for his help this past semester. I will miss his wisdom, humor, and camaraderie.

When I think of Bill, I think of the great energy and enthusiasm he brought to the projects in which he was involved. You could tell he not only possessed a deep knowledge of the subjects he was researching (like BlockChain) he also had a love of the whole process of exploring and learning about new concepts. His liveliness, and smiling face, will be missed.

So very sad to hear this news! Such a nice guy - we were colleagues and I used to sit near his office. Every day he made me laugh and he had such a zest for life!! And a very proud Dad. My condolences to his daughters and family.

I really enjoyed working with Bill, he was funny and smart. I spent time with Bill at a recent IDC event. We talked about software extensively but we also caught up on our personal lives and he told me proudly about his three daughters accomplishments. Professionally I relied on his expertise for guidance and personally I enjoyed his wit.

My fondest memory of Bill was at a SAS hosted event in Steamboat Springs CO. He attended a snow mobile excursion

His girls were his pride and joy! Bill loved them beyond words and in everything he did! We talked about them daily!!

Bill was quite an example for me and in many of my parenting goals. I'm lucky to have shared a short time on this earth with such a special, kind and caring man. He will be so deeply missed!!!

I am deeply saddened to learn of Bill's death today and am so sorry that his daughters, family and friends lost such a great guy.
I worked with Bill at Apple and then again at Navisite and we kept in touch when we went our separate ways. Bill was such a wonderful guy. I liked him a lot----always cheerful, great sense of humor, always interested in how it was going for me and my family. Not an evil bone in

I'm was so sad to hear about Bill's passing. He was a ray of sunshine and was such a pleasure to work with. His willingness to engage and collaborate was second to none. BIll shared his knowledge freely and was always so willing to find a mutual connection. In my instance, we realized we had a "Canadian" connection - with his grandmother coming from Nova Scotia. He reminded me of that often with witty comments and emails about odd/funny stories

Shocked and saddened to hear the news of Bill. His graceful wit and supportive smile helped ease many a stressful day. I was an office neighbor grateful for his early arrivals and early coffee making, which often included a note on local sports team successes. Bill helped improve all who he knew and we will be challenged to live up to the standards of performance and professionalism he set.
