Jack was a very friendly neighbor and I always enjoyed swinging by his
place to chat with him. He was always smiling and open.

I will miss him very much.

I just found out that Jack passed today from a neighbor. I enjoyed many conversations with him and loved bringing him the Wall Street Journal so he could enjoy the editorial page. Jack was such a gentleman and I always enjoyed the conversations about religion, politics and just life. May you rest in peace my friend.

Until we meet again.

Dear Jack, I think of you often as I walk my dog along West St. I will always remember how you enjoyed my plants along the sidewalk. You conversations will stay with me and your strong faith will always be a part of my memory of you.

God Bless you Jack. I called you today and got the message the phone was disconnected. Although you hated computers and cell phones, I found your Obituary notice on the internet.

I knew Jack for a lot of years at the Boys and Girls Club and he was always willing to help us out with his knowledge and connections because he knew our kids benefited from his help. Jack was "old school' and we loved him for it.

I am blessed to have known you. May you finally rest in peace. The last few years have been tough for you, it was hard to see you go and we will forever wish we were by your side. We will always love you. Till we meet again.

We have been friends with Jack for 48 years (acturally 53 years for Chuck as he was roommates with Jack at Northeastern Univ. where they shared an apt. on Marlboro St. Jack had the most wonderful mind and brightened the room with his energy when he entered. The air kind of buzzed around him. He was our daughter's godfather and we all loved him. His is a great loss.

Jack was a treasured member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston family for so many years, as an employee and friend. His commitment to the children we serve and to his colleagues will be everlasting. We are saddened by his passing. We will treasure our good memories and knowing he is with his beloved Elizabeth again.
