My dear brother Billy, you will be truly missed. I love you with all my heart. I'll never forget the day during one of our walks (after not seeing each other most of our lives) you said..."Julie this is so beautiful,I finally got to know and love my baby sister" You left us too soon. My heart and prayers are with you always and forever....I love you, love your baby sister, Julie Ann. xoxox

Bill worked with me, helping men who struggled with addiction. He was well loved and will be remembered for his smile, laughter and generosity. He was patient, compassionate and always eager to help. Bill was professional, and modeled how to be a kind human being. Bill loved his children and often showed pictures of them to his co workers as well as sharing how proud he was of them. The world has truly lost a dear soul. My sincere thoughts
